Media Release Consent

By registering for and attending this event, you ("Attendee") grant your consent to Wellist LLC ("Organizer") and its affiliates, contractors, media partners, and sponsors to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and/or statements as described below.

1. Consent to Photography & Recording

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The event may be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.

• Your image, voice, and likeness may be captured during the event in both still and moving formats.

2. Grant of Rights

You hereby grant Wellist LLC the unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and publish any photographs, audio recordings, or video footage featuring you.

• Use your likeness in promotional, editorial, advertising, social media, livestreams, on-demand recordings, and other commercial or non-commercial uses, in any media now known or later developed.

3. No Compensation

You understand that:

• You will receive no financial compensation or rights of ownership for the use of such media.

• All media captured will remain the sole property of Wellist LLC.

4. Voluntary Agreement

• Your participation in the event constitutes your consent to this release.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify the Organizer in writing prior to the event and to avoid media capture zones.

5. Release from Liability

You release and hold harmless Wellist LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of your image, likeness, or voice in accordance with this release.
